We require you to provide a valid piece of identification for verification purposes to ensure that the person taking the exam is the same individual registered. Please rest assured that we do not store or retain any records of your ID or personal information. Please ensure that you complete the final exam on a desktop computer equipped with a microphone, camera, and audio capabilities. This is necessary as the exam is an online proctored assessment.

How do I pick the right course based on my province?
When you click “Enroll Now,” you’ll see options for selecting your province. Please ensure you choose the correct province before completing your enrollment. If you accidentally select the wrong province, don’t worry—just message us, and we’ll correct it for you right away.
What is included in the course?
The course includes everything you need: video lessons, study notes, practice quizzes, and a final practice quiz to prepare you for the exam. At the end of the course, you’ll find a link to the final exam. Once you pass the final exam, you’ll receive an instant PDF certificate via email, which you can print, save, or use as needed.
What is passing grade and can I retake?
To pass the final exam, you need a score of at least 70%. If you don’t pass on your first attempt, don’t worry—you’ll have another chance. We recommend revisiting the course materials and focusing on the topics where you need more understanding before trying again.
How can I get a refund?
Please reach out to us if you would like to request a refund. Refunds are only available if less than 60% of the course has been completed.

How long is the certification valid?

When do I receive my certification?
Upon successfully completing the exam, you will receive your certificate within a few hours. If your exam attempt requires review, the process may take slightly longer, but you can expect to receive your certificate via email within 1 to 2 days.
How difficult is the final exam?
If you carefully follow all the lessons and practice the quizzes at the end of each one, ensuring you’re performing well, there’s no need to worry. And even in the unlikely event that the first attempt doesn’t go as planned, you’ll have another chance to succeed.
